What kind of equipment will I be driving?
We primarily run International trucks, kept in great condition through our in-house shop. Most trucks are newer models, and many come equipped with fridges and can be customized to your needs.
Do you offer flexible home time?
Yes—most drivers are home every weekend or every other weekend, depending on what works best for them. We also offer schedule flexibility and vacation time off with request forms.
Can I choose between CPM and percentage pay?
Absolutely. We offer both options—drivers can earn by the mile (starting at $.55–$.60 CPM) or take 27.5% of the load gross, especially popular with hopper drivers.
What kind of benefits do you offer?
We provide 401(k) with 3% match, health, dental, vision, AFLAC, life insurance, vacation pay, and even $20/month toward your cell phone bill.
Will I be forced dispatched?
No. We respect our drivers and work with them to find loads that match their preferences. You can even choose from our load board in some cases.
