Competitive Pay & Benefits

We offer industry-leading pay options so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle—either by the mile or as a percentage of the load. Dry van starts at $.55 CPM, flatbed and hopper at $.60 CPM, or drivers can earn 27.5% of the load’s gross. Plus, we pay for all miles (even empty), and offer bonuses for inspections, stop pay, layovers, and more.

We also provide a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, AFLAC, and a $25,000 life insurance policy. Our 401(k) program comes with a 3% company match to help you build your future. After your first year, you’ll start earning paid vacation—with more time off the longer you stay.

Flexible Home Time & Scheduling

We know how important home time is—that’s why our drivers can be home every weekend or every other weekend depending on their preference. We work with you to set a schedule that fits your lifestyle, whether you prefer local, regional, or OTR runs. If you need time off, just submit a request form and we’ll work around your needs.

There’s no forced dispatch here. Drivers get a say in where they go, and many can choose their loads through our dispatch team or load board. We believe flexibility equals freedom, and that’s what keeps our drivers happy.

Quality Equipment & Maintenance Support

You’ll be driving newer, well-maintained Internationals—many of which come with refrigerators and can be customized to your needs. Our in-house shop and team of full-time mechanics ensure your truck stays in top shape, minimizing downtime. If something breaks down, we’ll either fix it fast or get you into another truck so you can keep rolling.

We also cover all maintenance expenses and reimburse for approved road purchases. Oil changes are done every 15,000 miles, either in-house or at a truck stop when needed. Our goal is to keep you on the road with confidence and comfort.

R.W. Transport, Inc. is a family-owned trucking company with over 40 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Founded by Ronald F. Williams and later joined by his son Brandan, we’ve built a reputation for dependable service, strong values, and long-standing relationships with both customers and drivers.
